  • FLOW/SUNRISE FLOW (Vinyasa Style)

    A challenging flow of postures distinguished by a strong pace matched to the breath, incorporating a focus on core strength. Suitable for active beginners to advanced students. Warm up and cool down provided, with relaxation (Savasana) to follow.

    A gentle flow geared towards slowing down, focusing on stretching + flowing slowly to release tension and help restore balance to the body and mind. The perfect way to re-new and de-stress. Includes supportive restorative shapes and savasana to conclude. Suitable for those seeking a more gentle option and anyone with physical limitations.

    An experiential practice focused on strength + stability + mobility while strongly incorporating functional movement . This exploratory style class is designed to allow students to tap into body awareness and use critical thinking on the mat to learn more about their bodies. Also includes more traditional yoga flows at a moderate pace. Warm up and cool down provided, with relaxation (Savasana) to close

    A broken-down version of a Vinyasa class. Spend a little more time in the postures piecing together a flow. Focus on exploration, explanation and deepening alignment. Great for beginners, or those new to a strong practice.

    A gentle floor sequence geared towards complete relaxation + restoration to release tension and encourage down regulation of the nervous system. The perfect way to pause and de-stress. Includes the use of props to support the body in various poses. Gentle hands on supportive touch is often a part of class.

  • STRETCH + RELEASE (Yin Style)

    By holding passive postures for longer periods of time we release tension, while nourishing and supporting the nervous system. This floor sequence class can feel intense as we experience sensation that keeps us present and begin to navigate how we meet tension in our body and in our life, on and off the mat. A slower paced class also including gentle, flowing movements to support a healthy spine and joints. Gentle hands on adjustments and meditation are often a part of class.

Pre-Registered Programs

  • PRE-NATAL (UNHEATED)

    A Prenatal yoga series will offer a time of connection to your mind, body and soul. We will focus on lengthening and stretching areas that may become uncomfortable as the pregnancy progresses as well as introducing breathing techniques that will help settle the mind and allow your innate wisdom to surface. Come and enjoy this opportunity to connect with other women at various stages of pregnancy. Prenatal Yoga can give you the energy to enjoy your pregnancy, the serenity to build a deeper intimacy with your own body and spirit, and also the presence of mind to feel confident in the face of labour and birth. Join us in this beautiful space and give yourself and your baby the gift of yoga.

  • KIDS YOGA

    Offered as single sessions or a series, each kids yoga session will provide children with experiential learning, skill building, and techniques they can take off the mat and into their lives. These workshop style classes include a movement practice with a focus and will also include mindfulness activities, crafts, and discussion. These sessions provide a wonderful opportunity for youth to come together in our community to participate in practices that are proven to be beneficial for body, mind, and relationships.
